Scientific Writing in English for non-native Speakers

This workshop is intended for non-native English researchers and authors who desire guidance writing in an English scientific writing style. The workshop aims to provide support by offering a platform where these skills can be improved. Teaching components will outline the aims in the form of interactive lectures. Learning components will focus on group work actively and constructively critiquing and editing sample texts based on forming sentences, linking sentences to form paragraphs, linking paragraphs to form sections and how to write concisely. By the end of this workshop attendees should have greater confidence and an improved communicative ability in English.
