2023 Spawning Run and Carcass Crawl!

Roll out of bed and enjoy a 5k fun run along the beautiful Grand River! View the Spawning Run route map here. The run will be self timed so runners are encouraged to use a self timing app, such as “Runkeeper” or “Strava”. Register by June 22nd to receive a t-shirt!
